General Terms:

• Patient should report in-person, 15 minutes prior to their allotted time slot.
• Payment should be done at reception after reporting for the completion of the registration process.
• Any cancellations should be informed to 93922 82922 .
• Cancellations after the completed registration process will be charged 200/- Rupees.
• No modification in the allotted slot time will be allowed without our approval.
• No recommendations or referral calls are allowed for slot changes once allotted.
• Patient should bring the consulting Doctor’s prescription and any previous scan/lab reports.
• No appointments will be allotted over phone calls – only online and direct visit appointments are available.

For Pregnant Women:

• Aadhar details of the pregnant women are mandatory.
• Scan requisition form from the consulting doctor with a stamp, signature, and registration No. of the Doctor is mandatory for pregnant women.
• No food restrictions or mandatory intake of water is needed.
